Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance resident well-being and community engagement
• Evaluate and improve resident involvement programs
• Facilitate new resident integration and belonging

• Document discussions from council meetings

Requirements:
• Degree in Gerontology or related field
• Minimum one year in senior program development
• One year of management experience required
• Certification in CPR and First Aid needed
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual tech
