This full-time Security Officer monitors casino security while supporting a comfortable guest setting. The work involves access control, alarm panels, investigations, and reports. You will also respond to inquiries, provide First Aid, and follow provincial gaming regulations, laws, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a visible presence throughout the gaming floor
Respond quickly to guest inquiries and security needs
Control facility access, including sensitive areas
Monitor alarm panels and issue facility keys
Write reports, maintain logs, and conduct investigations
Requirements: Minimum six months of security experience
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Proven high level of customer service
Experience with computers and surveillance equipment
Ability to obtain Category 2 Gaming Assistant registration
Bring sound judgment, communication, and security experience to protect Gateway guests, employees, and casino operations professionally.
