Support Chipotle restaurants through preventative maintenance, HVAC basics, and reactionary repairs across an assigned regional restaurant portfolio.
As a Facilities Specialist, you will maintain restaurant facilities and support World Class Food Safety and an Excellent Guest Experience. The role combines site assessments, vendor coordination, work order management, and repair planning. You will also manage maintenance budgets, truck stock, administrative deadlines, and capital improvement validation.
Key Responsibilities: Perform quarterly preventative maintenance site assessments at assigned restaurants
Complete timely, cost-effective reactionary service calls
Coordinate vendors and validate completed work quality
Manage work orders, truck stock, budgets, and inventories
Support ownership classes and capital improvement planning
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required
Gas Fitter License 1 or 2 required
Zero to one year of relevant experience
Basic HVAC maintenance and mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift 50 pounds and use ladders
Bring mechanical problem-solving, HVAC maintenance, and vendor coordination skills to Chipotle’s restaurant facilities support team.
