Provide compassionate patient care as a Primary Care Paramedic with Shared Health in Rivers, working in person across days, nights, and weekends.
This full time clinical position serves patients at Shared Health - Riverdale Health Centre within Rivers ERS - West Zone. You will deliver accessible, responsive, integrated care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Collaboration includes health care providers, emergency service agencies, and community agencies.
Key Responsibilities: Provide pre-hospital care to patients across emergency response settings
Deliver accessible, responsive, integrated patient care at all times
Collaborate with health care and community service providers
Operate vehicles and equipment safely under applicable requirements




Demonstrate professional and ethical conduct with every patient
Requirements: Graduate from an approved Primary Care Paramedic program
Hold Manitoba Primary Care Paramedic registration in good standing
Possess a valid Class IV Manitoba driver's license
Maintain Basic Life Support level C or equivalent
Complete required fitness assessment and clinical knowledge testing
Use pre-hospital care, clinical judgment, and compassionate service to support Shared Health patients throughout Rivers ERS operations.
