As a Care Support Assistant, you will work on the Long Term Care team in a resident-centered setting. Build positive relationships with residents and families while assisting activities, routines, meals, housekeeping, laundry, admissions, transfers, and transportation. Your support helps create a warm, safe, and welcoming home where residents can live fully.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day care supporting resident comfort, dignity, and well-being
Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction
Assist meal service, including tables, trays, food, and beverages
Complete housekeeping, laundry, bed making,



and supply restocking
Transport residents to dining, activities, rooms, and health offices
Requirements: Successfully completed high school and achieved a diploma
Safe Food Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain one
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and visitors
Vulnerable Sector or applicable Criminal Record Check required
