Lead Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL analytics for US Commercial teams while balancing at least three office days weekly with individual flexibility.
As Manager, Analytics & Reporting, you will create trusted reporting across Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Infusion Providers, inventory management, and Trade & Distribution. You will build scalable dashboards, semantic models, and scorecards that turn complex data into action. The role partners with Commercial Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Market Access, and other leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Design reporting across specialty distribution, orders, shipments, returns, and inventory
Build reusable Power BI dashboards, models, scorecards, and operational reports
Define measures and translate stakeholder needs into technical designs
Analyze trends, exceptions, risks, anomalies, and distribution patterns




Maintain governance, lineage, reconciliations, controls, and documentation
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years’ experience
Hands-on Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, DAX, and Power Query experience
Experience with data modeling, transformations, large datasets, and cloud platforms
Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, inventory, order, shipment, or commercial data
Solid communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills
Apply commercial analytics leadership, Power BI expertise, and reporting governance to deliver trusted US business insights.
