As a Therapeutic Recreation Aide, you will support residents under Therapeutic Recreation Specialist supervision. You will develop meaningful programs, monitor engagement, document clinical outcomes, and evaluate activities offered. The position requires independent and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Key Responsibilities: Develop meaningful resident-centered therapeutic recreation programs

Support residents as part of the Therapeutic Recreation team
Requirements: Diploma in recreation, leisure studies, therapeutic recreation, or related field
Long term care experience
Smart Serve and Food Handler certificates
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within interdisciplinary teams
Apply therapeutic recreation, resident engagement, documentation, and evaluation skills while supporting residents at Mount Hope Centre.
