Through Accenture’s Recruiter Development Program, you will support the Candidate Management Team from application through onboarding. You will evaluate resumes, screen candidates, maintain accurate data, and communicate career opportunities. The work combines digital fluency, candidate care, and recruiting judgment.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate resumes against role requirements using AI-enabled tools
Maintain real-time candidate data and recruiting system integrity
Screen candidates, introduce Accenture, and discuss opportunities
Coordinate updates, offers, start dates, and follow-up
Build talent pipelines using AI-enabled sourcing tools
Requirements: Minimum one year of recruitment or human resources experience
Human resources or personnel administration coursework preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organization, time-management, judgment, and quality attention
AI and digital fluency with responsible technology use
