Provide occupational therapy in Two Hills, Alberta, supporting stroke recovery and rehabilitation after surgery within the SAGE Program.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver evidence-informed services focused on occupational performance. You will support individuals, groups, and communities through assessment, treatment, education, and rehabilitation. The role includes collaboration with clients, families, and interprofessional healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities: Assess clients requiring stroke or postsurgical rehabilitation therapy
Develop collaborative goals and implement rehabilitation treatments
Support self-care, productivity, leisure, and independence
Provide education, referrals, transition support, and case management




Participate in quality improvement and peer mentoring
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
Registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
Current Basic Life Support certification
Driver's license and vehicle required
Availability for regular full-time day shifts
