As Smart Circle’s AI Enablement Specialist, you will train users across Claude, ChatGPT, Salesforce Agentforce, Box AI, and Snowflake Cortex. You will create reusable automation, tailor learning to wide-ranging roles, and explain technical and policy concepts simply. The position partners with IT and Senior Leadership while supporting company governance, privacy, and security guardrails.
Key Responsibilities: Run onboarding, workshops, office hours, and role-based learning paths
Build Claude skills, prompt templates, and recurring Projects
Maintain MCP connectors to Salesforce, Box, Slack, and Snowflake




Pilot solutions, measure results, and iterate before rollout
Report adoption trends and support AI policy questions
Requirements: Three or more years in IT training or technical enablement
Daily enterprise AI assistant use and strong prompt engineering
Experience building reusable automation for independent users
Knowledge of data privacy and AI governance
Four year degree
