Licensed Dental Assistant work in Kimberley, BC, supporting modern dental care with patient comfort and infection control at the forefront. This maternity leave coverage begins January 22, 2027.
At Kimberley Family Dental, you will support comprehensive care for patients of all ages. The Dental Assistant prepares treatment rooms, assists dentists and hygienists, takes digital images, and maintains patient records. You will also contribute to scheduling, patient education, infection control, and efficient team-based care.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures
Assist dentists and hygienists while maintaining patient comfort
Take dental X-rays and digital images as required




Sterilize instruments and follow IPAC infection control standards
Update charts and provide oral hygiene education
Requirements: Registration or certification with a provincial regulatory body required
Previous dental assisting experience preferred
Legal authorization to work in Canada required
Commitment to privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines
Ethical skilled behaviour with strong patient relationships
