This Associate role supports trade capture, downstream feeds, and transactional information for Structured Notes, Equities, OTC Equity, and Interest Rate Derivatives. You will liaise with trading desks and stakeholders, maintain controls, resolve trade issues, and support new strategies. The work includes reporting, reconciliations, projects, training tools, and change activities.
Key Responsibilities: Support pre and post execution trade desk events
Set up downstream feeds for derivative products
Capture transactions for analytics and accounting processes




Reconcile information and resolve trade discrepancies
Collaborate on processes, projects, and product changes
Requirements: Two to four years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
In-depth systems, product, process, and controls knowledge
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bring trade support, reconciliation, stakeholder collaboration, and analytical skills to BMO’s equity derivatives operations team.
