As a Designer, you will create elevated customer experiences through consultations in stores, homes, and virtual channels. Your work includes moodboards, 2D and 3D floor plans, product lists, and presentations. You will apply CB2 brand aesthetics, merchandising strategies, and product knowledge while meeting sales, KPI, and service goals.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales through enriching customer interactions and design offerings
Apply brand aesthetics across store, ecommerce, and catalog channels
Maintain product knowledge, care information, and industry awareness




Demonstrate selling skills and meet individual sales and service goals
Support store training on design services and offerings
Requirements: One-plus year furniture sales, home decor, retail, or customer service experience
Proficiency in floor planning and preferred design tools
Solid affinity for 2D and 3D technology tools
Excellent, effective, and timely communication skills
Proven ability to build long-lasting customer relationships
