Support ALDO Group retail construction projects through schedules, budgets, and field coordination across corporate stores in Canada and the United States.
The Project Coordinator reports to the Director of Retail Space Management — North America. This position supports minor renovations, large-scale deployments, store closures, and furniture, fixture, and display delivery. You will coordinate architects, engineers, field partners, internal teams, and consultants while maintaining brand design standards.
Key Responsibilities: Develop project schedules and budgets for store initiatives
Review preliminary renovation and reconfiguration plans
Coordinate architects, engineers, and external consultants
Arrange repairs or replacement of damaged furniture




Follow up on deliveries and customs documentation
Requirements: Experience with construction, renovations, retrofits, or facilities
Project management, architecture, or design education is an asset
AutoCAD or Autodesk Design Review experience is an asset
Organized, proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Bring construction coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and design-review capabilities to ALDO Group retail projects.
