Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Night Attendant manages front-desk service and evening facility upkeep. The work includes answering calls, welcoming visitors, handling mail, and maintaining clean, safe common areas. It also supports resident security, laundry, floor care, documentation, and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities: Run the front desk courteously and efficiently
Answer calls, redirect inquiries, and record messages
Greet visitors and support evening resident security
Clean common areas using assigned sanitation procedures




Respond to emergencies and report maintenance concerns
Requirements: Excellent English communication skills, empathy, and patience
Knowledge of institutional cleaning techniques
Skilled telephone manner and reception experience considered an asset
Ability to multitask under pressure with minimal supervision
Current CPR, First Aid, VPS, and Smart Choices certification
