Davey Tree Expert Co. of Canada, Limited is seeking a Crew Leader for full-time, year-round work. You will guide crews, mentor newer team members, and serve as the primary client contact. The work includes directing equipment, operating arboricultural tools, and completing tree care services safely.
Key Responsibilities: Lead crews safely and efficiently at various job sites
Plan and execute assigned arboricultural work and tasks
Supervise tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts
Perform pruning, thinning, deadwood removal, and hazardous tree removal
Manage customer service expectations and provide client inspections
Requirements: Minimum two years of arborist experience
ISA certification or arboriculture program enrollment
Valid provincial driver’s license required
Ability to direct safe canopy ascents at all heights
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
Bring arborist experience, crew leadership, and safe tree care skills to Davey’s Calgary operations serving client properties.
