Operate filling equipment as a Technician II, using mechanical setup, calibration, and troubleshooting skills in a packaging setting. Rotational shifts apply.
This Technician II maintains component and bulk product supply to packaging lines. The work includes filler assembly, disassembly, changeovers, and operation of primary and secondary packaging equipment. You will adjust HMI parameters, support cGMP compliance, and complete required documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical setup, calibration, and adjustment during changeovers
Troubleshoot fillers, pumps, cartoners, and case packers
Replace valves, O-rings, pumps, and nozzle assemblies
Configure HMI programs, recipes, and format changes
Sign off line startup documentation before production
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
Two years’ manufacturing or packaging experience required
Packaging changeover and setup experience required
Mechanical aptitude and general tool experience required
cGMP compliance knowledge required
Apply mechanical aptitude, equipment troubleshooting, and packaging changeover experience as a Technician II supporting accurate production operations.
