Robust experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management. Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes and perform gap analysis. Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, security controls, frameworks, and operational practices. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
