Description Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and achieve store objectives Create warm, welcoming, and memorable customer experiences Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating exceptional service and product knowledge Coach, motivate, and develop Brand Ambassadors to achieve individual and team sales targets Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and thoughtful décor recommendations Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development Execute visual merchandising standards, promotions, and seasonal launches Share responsibility for scheduling, inventory management, and daily store operations Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, safety, and security Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently upheld Provide confident leadership and operational oversight in the Store Manager's absence Requirements 3+ years of experience in a customer-focused retail setting Previous supervisory, keyholder, or retail leadership experience Home décor, lifestyle, fashion,
