This role is ideal for a human resources professional with broad HR expertise, robust leadership skills and the ability to guide employee relations, compliance, talent initiatives and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day human resources operations and ensure alignment with company policies and business objectives Manage employee relations matters, providing guidance to leaders and employees on workplace issues, performance concerns and policy interpretation Lead core HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, performance management and HR compliance Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development and employee engagement initiatives Maintain and optimize HRIS records, reporting and HR processes Support recruiting efforts and collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, state and local employment laws and internal policies Develop and implement HR programs, procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and employee experience
