Senior FP&A; Financial Analyst delivering financial dashboards, forecasting, and decision support for Sleep Country Canada/Dormezvous?’s multi-channel business.
Reporting to the Manager, FP&A;, this senior analyst partners with cross-functional teams. The position supports budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and ad hoc analysis. It translates complex data into recommendations for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards monitoring business performance
Prepare accurate monthly management reporting packages
Analyze operational, sales, and financial performance across channels
Support forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling
Improve reporting efficiency through automation and simplification
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Two to four years of progressive FP&A; experience
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills
Experience with Prophix, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
