As Senior Manager or Manager, Impact Reporting, you will inform stakeholders through transparent, accurate communications and reporting. You will help embed responsible practices across Aritzia, aligning social and environmental impact work with best practices. The position combines regulatory interpretation, disclosure development, reporting process leadership, data governance, and impact performance measurement. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners while applying Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles.

Assess emerging Impact requirements, risks, priorities, and opportunities




Meet regulatory requirements and stakeholder disclosure expectations
Drive internal and external Impact information delivery
Manage Impact Reporting execution proactively and reactively
Requirements: Experience in Sustainability Reporting within retail, fashion, supply chain, or related industries
Translate North American ESG regulations and voluntary standards into disclosures
Build end-to-end reporting processes from data collection through review
Apply data governance and analytics to complex datasets
Measure and report environmental and social impact performance
