The Commercial Account Director expands AMECO’s presence across construction, infrastructure, mining, energy, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. This senior commercial role develops growth strategies, manages strategic accounts, and positions equipment, fleet, site services, and specialty solutions. You will guide opportunities from prospecting through contract negotiations while partnering with internal functions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop commercial growth strategies, account plans, and business initiatives
Secure current business and expand existing customer relationships
Build executive-level relationships with customers and industry partners




Recommend value-driven solutions aligned with customer objectives
Maintain forecasts, pipelines, CRM records, and account performance reports
Requirements: Twelve years of progressive business development or commercial sales experience
Bachelor’s degree and eight years of related experience, or equivalent
Success growing strategic accounts and achieving revenue objectives
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and analytical skills
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and extensive travel willingness
Bring strategic sales, account growth, contract negotiation, and customer relationship expertise to AMECO’s Western Canada expansion.
