Lead onsite warehouse operations in Calgary with Daimler products, Lean concepts, and employee coaching at the center of daily work.
This Team Lead assignment supports a specific work group within Daimler Truck North America. You will interpret work instructions and bills of materials, diagnose area issues, collect accurate data, and communicate with Materials, Quality, Packaging Lab, and I.T. Working closely with management, you will help develop practical solutions and apply continuous improvement concepts. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, either 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities: Lead assigned warehouse work groups with energy and motivation
Train, coach, and mentor employees within team operations
Diagnose area issues using practical Lean solutions




Collect data, identify trends, and propose solutions
Communicate issues to responsible operational areas
Requirements: At least two years of progressive warehouse experience
Demonstrated leadership capability and superior work performance
Knowledge of Daimler products, systems, and area processes
Solid communication, interpersonal, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attendance and willingness to accept responsibility
Apply warehouse leadership, data analysis, and Lean knowledge while supporting Daimler operations in Calgary.
