In this specialist role, you will create and drive technical adoption plans, maximize Splunk technology utilization, and help customers operate their platforms efficiently. Your work includes planning, product support, advisory services, and critical issue handling.
Key Responsibilities: Create and drive technical adoption plans aligned with customer goals
Integrate adoption plans with account strategies and lifecycle motions
Assess cloud overages and recommend workload optimization services
Review service levels,



usage metrics, and performance in QBRs
Recommend upgrades, add-ons, and recent feature awareness
Requirements: Three or more years in technical support, services, or engineering
Two or more years managing customer relationships and commercial accounts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to senior leaders
Occasional travel may be required
Use technical adoption planning, cloud optimization, and customer communication to maximize enterprise value from Splunk investments.
