As Partner Operations Program Manager, you will build operating programs for Brex’s external payment-partner ecosystem. You will establish governance, SLAs, KPIs, reporting, reconciliation, and escalation paths. The work connects Payment Partnerships, Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external partners to deliver reliable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Define partner-management processes, governance, documentation, and escalation paths
Establish SLAs, KPIs, reporting cadences, and performance reviews
Build visibility into performance, incidents, risks, and opportunities
Own fee reconciliation, controls, invoices, and payment calculations




Lead readiness for partners, products, workflows, and program changes
Requirements: Three-plus years in partner, payments, financial, or vendor operations
Experience building operating programs and partner-performance structures
Experience with fee, invoice, or financial reconciliation processes
Analytical skills using spreadsheets, data tools, SQL, or similar
English fluency and robust cross-functional stakeholder-management skills
Build controlled payment-partner programs at Brex through governance, reconciliation, reporting, and scalable operational solutions.
