The Operations Administrator supports private and institutional investment management within Cypress Capital Management, an AGF Management Ltd. company. Responsibilities span trade processing, security pricing, corporate actions, proxy voting, and client reporting. You will collaborate with an experienced team while broadening operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Process institutional and private client trade settlements
Reconcile holdings and cash across custodians
Price corporate bonds and private placements
Process corporate actions, fees, and proxy voting
Produce quarterly, year-end,



tax, CRM2, and CRM3 reports
Requirements: Minimum two years in investment operations or financial services
Working knowledge of reconciliations and trade settlements
Familiarity with securities, investment accounts, and custodial systems
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook application skills
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills
