As a Customer Propositions Manager in the Consumer Segment Function, you will shape proposition strategy and identify growth opportunities. Use customer insight, market evidence, financial data and commercial analysis to build business cases. Work across product, digital, data, marketing, servicing, finance and risk to turn priorities into delivery plans and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities: Explore unmet customer needs and changing behaviours
Set proposition concepts, benefits, costs and trade-offs
Agree milestones, dependencies and decisions with delivery teams
Organise testing and gather customer feedback




Update senior stakeholders on progress, risks and decisions
Requirements: Experience developing propositions or improving customer experiences
Ability to assess options and make explicit recommendations
Experience analysing customer and commercial information
Ability to manage competing priorities and delivery challenges
Experience bringing teams together around shared goals
Bring proposition development, data analysis and cross-functional delivery experience to Lloyds Banking Group’s Consumer Segment Function.
