Lead commercial property projects at Imperial through design, construction, remediation, and handover while managing cost, schedule, safety, and quality objectives.
As an Advanced Property Project Management Engineer, you will provide leadership for medium-sized projects with moderate complexity and decision-making autonomy. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage mid-sized budgets, develop risk plans, and support project delivery through the EMCAPs Gate process.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze options after business cases and lead project cases
Build project management teams supporting project deliverables
Communicate with stakeholders and Property Operations Management
Steward commercial construction projects through handover
Manage cost, schedule,
safety, OIMS, CIMS, and EMCAPs
Requirements: Three or more years designing and constructing commercial facilities
Familiarity with methods, processes, specifications, and applicable codes
Three or more years managing large-scale design projects
Three or more years leading cross-functional teams
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
