Lead JETSET Pilates’ studio launch through team building, community marketing, and operational excellence as its Founding General Manager. Teach six to eight weekly classes and maintain an active studio presence.
This entrepreneurial leadership role partners with ownership to bring a new studio to life. You will recruit, onboard, and develop instructors and studio leads while building founding membership momentum. After opening, you will lead daily operations, membership growth, and client experience.
Key Responsibilities: Execute grassroots marketing and coordinate community launch events
Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop the founding team
Establish workflows, schedules, staffing plans, and standards
Drive founding membership sales and pre-sale campaigns




Provide ownership updates on launch and performance
Requirements: Three or more years of operations or general management experience
Experience building and leading high-performing teams
Robust sales instincts and revenue-target experience
Analytical ability to interpret reports and metrics
Ability to complete five-day Instructor training requiring travel
Bring entrepreneurial leadership, sales coaching, and studio operations expertise to launch and grow a JETSET Pilates location.
