This highly visible Strategic Sourcing Manager position develops, coordinates, and manages sourcing plans across assigned sites and commodities. You will analyze supply markets, assess supplier capabilities, manage RFQ/P development, and coordinate projects across multiple sites. The work supports manufacturing objectives through measurable sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Drive cost-focused strategies across assigned sites and commodities
Analyze supply markets and complex sourcing data
Assess, recruit, and manage supplier capabilities
Develop RFQ/Ps and coordinate multi-site sourcing projects
Lead cross-functional product development with key suppliers
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or Engineering
Minimum five years’ strategic purchasing experience
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ERP systems
Proven supplier negotiation and cost reduction success
