As a Technical Lead, you will guide Shopify projects spanning storefronts, backend solutions, and the Shopify stack. You will support engineers, work with client stakeholders, and lead multiple commerce implementations. Key Responsibilities: Lead two to three large commerce projects
Guide engineers toward solid, excellent project delivery
Lead migrations from commerce platforms onto Shopify
Oversee headless frontend and backend development
Ensure third-party apps, APIs, and customizations integrate flawlessly
Requirements: Deep software and system architecture background
Understanding of Shopify ecosystem components and capabilities
Knowledge of Liquid and Shopify theme development
Experience with React, Hydrogen, Next.js, or Remix
Proactive problem-solving and informed technical decision-making
