As project lead, you will manage an enterprise software implementation supporting building and zoning applications. The work involves vendor liaison, cross-functional coordination, system integration, AI governance, and post-implementation optimization. You will guide the project from planning through formal handoff.
Key Responsibilities: Manage timelines, priorities, deliverables, resources, and project documentation
Coordinate City staff, vendors, milestones, and stakeholder updates
Oversee implementation, integrations, data governance, privacy, and security
Monitor adoption, performance, outcomes, feedback, and issue resolution




Develop support processes, continuity plans, and knowledge transfer
Requirements: Post-secondary degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field
Five years of progressive implementation and systems integration experience
Enterprise software implementation and change management experience
Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, and project management tools proficiency
Knowledge of SOA and integration technologies such as APIs, XML, or EDI
Use project leadership, vendor management, and AI governance expertise to modernize Niagara Falls building and zoning services.
