You will guide Fleet initiatives, mentor engineers, and improve how DataRobot builds, tests, and operates infrastructure software. Key Responsibilities: Architect scalable Kubernetes infrastructure for multi-cloud and hybrid environments
Lead Fleet control plane, tenancy, deployment, and observability initiatives
Mentor engineers and strengthen ownership, curiosity, and engineering excellence
Drive GitOps,



Policy-as-Code, Cilium, autoscaling, and efficiency improvements
Collaborate with SRE, Platform, and Application teams
Requirements: Seven to ten or more years of engineering experience
Five or more years in infrastructure, platform, or backend systems
Robust Python or Go programming proficiency
Deep Kubernetes internals and operations expertise
Experience with Helm, CI/CD, Terraform, Pulumi, and GitOps
Lead Kubernetes infrastructure strategy at DataRobot through architecture, mentoring, multi-cloud systems, and resilient platform operations.
