As Production Supervisor, you will oversee approximately 15 direct reports within Operations Engineering. The work involves high-variety, low-volume manufacturing, electrical and electronics understanding, technical documentation, and system integration. You will execute project-based master schedules while supporting safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coach, and develop assembly and integration personnel
Lead daily production operations against master schedule requirements
Monitor HPU, MSA, yield, and cost objectives
Facilitate Gemba meetings and resolve floor hurdles




Execute lean manufacturing activities to eliminate waste
Requirements: Degree or diploma in operations management, engineering, or related field
Five to eight-plus years in production or manufacturing management
Understanding of electrical theory, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting
Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Canadian citizenship and eligibility for required security clearances
