Deploy AI agents for real customer workflows at Runbook, using operational analysis, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development.
As an Agent Ops Lead, you will join the post-sales Deployments team and make Runbook’s product work inside customer businesses. You will learn operational workflows, configure agents, and fine-tune them until they operate reliably. The work spans customer advising, process analysis, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze complex emails, spreadsheets, documents, and legacy software
Use AI tooling to build reliable customer agents
Build rapport and advise enterprise customers strategically
Set performance standards and improve agent autonomy
Own deployments from pilot through production launch
Requirements: Sharp attention to detail and rapid domain learning
Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills
Persistent problem-solving across ambiguous workflows
High agency, action orientation, and systems thinking
Technical aptitude and curiosity about contemporary AI tooling
Apply operational judgment, customer communication, and AI deployment skills to help Runbook agents work reliably in production.
