Lead wall panel production at Star Building Materials in Winnipeg, coordinating schedules, safety, installation, and manufacturing efficiency onsite. The facility is not on a bus route.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Production Manager oversees accurate, effective, and safe wall panel manufacturing. You will guide Production and Field teams, plan workflows, monitor inventory, and coordinate onsite installation of wall panels, floors, and trusses. The role also supports customers, Sales, and Production staff.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coach, and guide Production and Field team members
Plan orders, production schedules, priorities, and workflows
Monitor safety, efficiency, inventory, and production performance




Coordinate installation teams and provide technical guidance
Resolve production issues and address workflow bottlenecks
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum three years production or manufacturing management experience
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle access
Satisfactory criminal record check and driver’s abstract
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
