Key Responsibilities: Oversee execution across rapid-to-market and transformation initiatives
Manage timelines, resourcing, budgets, and project plans
Facilitate daily cadences, sprint planning, and status updates
Translate client challenges into roadmaps and scope boundaries
Identify risks, dependencies,



and scope changes proactively
Requirements: Three or more years in project management or digital delivery
Experience leading strategy, design, and development teams
Experience delivering AI initiatives or understanding software development lifecycles
Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies
Strong client communication and relationship management skills
Bring digital delivery leadership, AI understanding, and explicit stakeholder communication to Konrad's multidisciplinary project teams.
