Connect Kelowna residents with Happipad through home visits, community outreach, and host acquisition activities across the Central Okanagan.
As a Community HomeShare Coordinator, you will expand Happipad’s host network and foster meaningful community connections. You will introduce prospective hosts to the platform, explain hosting benefits, create listings, and refer potential hosts and renters. The work combines outreach, relationship building, marketing channels, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct home visits and introduce Happipad to prospective hosts
Take photos and help hosts create rental listings
Build relationships with organizations, businesses, and community stakeholders
Attend events and networking opportunities to generate leads




Track visits, referrals, and newly onboarded hosts
Requirements: Solid interpersonal and communication skills across diverse communities
Sales, marketing, or community outreach experience with results
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and community-minded approach
Reliable vehicle or transportation for required visits
Computer, home workspace, and quality camera access
Represent Happipad in Kelowna and Central Okanagan through host outreach, listing creation, referrals, and trusted community engagement.
