You will own and grow Elantis’ Flex Services practice as a player-coach. The work combines P&L;, utilization, margin, growth, and operational accountability with hands-on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint delivery. You will advise client executives, guide delivery teams, and build long-term partnerships while supporting strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Own practice P&L;, utilization, margin, and growth
Lead Flex Services offerings and operational improvement
Oversee service quality, KPIs, and customer satisfaction
Plan sprints, allocate resources, and manage capacity




Deliver Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions hands-on
Requirements: Hands-on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint delivery experience
Technical experience with wider Microsoft technologies
Commercial awareness across revenue, margin, and utilization
Experience managing teams and client relationships
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Lead Elantis Flex Services through Microsoft 365 delivery, commercial accountability, client advising, and team development in Edmonton.
