The IT Enterprise Enablement Intern supports strategic enablement, transformation, and leading-technology initiatives within Celestica’s Business Excellence team. You will contribute to change management, project management, communications, process improvement, and reporting activities. The position is designed for students completing their second or third university year in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications.
Key Responsibilities: Support change management strategies aligned with program plans
Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
Develop communication, change, and project management plans




Collect data and present solutions for business priorities
Maintain project tools, reports, dashboards, and KPI data
Requirements: Currently enrolled in a university internship program
Intend to return to school after the internship
Knowledge of program, process, and change management principles
Solid written, verbal, listening, and documentation skills
Experience with Google applications or data visualization software
Build enterprise enablement experience through communication, analysis, process improvement, and project reporting at Celestica in Toronto.
