This Early Childhood Educator position develops and implements programs for children in a child care centre. The work includes creative activities, written observations, parent communication, and team-oriented relationships with coworkers and community service providers. Experience is an asset, while College/CEGEP education is required.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement programs supporting children’s overall development
Communicate children’s overall situations to parents
Encourage creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and activity
Engage children with stories, songs, and crafts
Maintain environments protecting children’s health, security, and well-being
