This Plant Controller oversees plant-level accounting and financial activities for a growing manufacturing operation. The position partners with leadership on profitability, productivity, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, inventory controls, financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day manufacturing support.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Five or more years of progressive manufacturing finance experience Robust cost accounting, inventory, and standard costing background Advanced Excel and ERP system experience Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills Apply plant-floor financial leadership, standard costing, and business partnering expertise to manufacturing operations in Ontario.
