Coach, founded in New York in 1941, seeks a Cashier for its global fashion house. You will greet customers, promote the Insider Program, and process transactions accurately. The role also includes returns, repairs, damaged goods, equipment monitoring, and cashwrap organization. You will follow Coach Service standards and company policies while supporting operational excellence. Candidates should bring cashier or retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills. Luxury retail experience is preferred. Adaptable scheduling includes nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, public holidays, and other high-traffic retail days.
Key Responsibilities:



Deliver exceptional service and greet customers warmly at checkout
Promote the Insider Program, add-on sales, and gift cards
Handle cash and media accurately while following policies
Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods properly
Complete audits and maintain an organized, clean cashwrap
Requirements: One or more years of cashier or retail experience
Luxury retail experience preferred
Familiarity with POS systems and mobile technology
Basic computer skills and strong English proficiency for EU
Flexible availability and ability to lift at least 25 pounds
Bring accurate cash handling, POS knowledge, and customer service skills to Coach’s temporary cashier team and cashwrap experience.
