Operate CNC equipment in Mississauga while applying machining expertise, technical drawing interpretation, and precise quality inspection. This is a full time, on-site position.
Gegal Machine Tools Inc. seeks a CNC Operator for precision component production. The work includes CNC turning, milling, machine setup, adjustments, tooling selection, and material handling. You will collaborate with engineers and machinists to support process optimization and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines
Interpret engineering drawings and production specifications
Select tooling and perform machine adjustments
Inspect parts and document in-process measurements
Report deviations and maintain equipment cleanliness
Requirements: Strong CNC machine operation and machinery handling skills
Experience with CNC turning and precision machining
Ability to operate and troubleshoot CNC milling machines
Quality control skills using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Relevant CNC shop experience and engineering drawing interpretation
