Support AgeCare residents through care-plan monitoring, bedside care, and accurate documentation. Help maintain a safe, secure workplace for residents, visitors, and staff.
As a Personal Support Worker, you provide resident care according to established care plans and help identify resident needs. You observe residents, report findings to your immediate supervisor, and document care information as directed. The position also includes following Infection Prevention and Control policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Provide resident care according to established care plans
Observe residents and report findings to supervisors
Document resident care information as directed
Attend education sessions, meetings, and workshops




Assist with onboarding recent staff as directed
Requirements: Graduate of a Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program
Meet Ministry of Training vocational standards
Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
Meet Ontario Community Support Association standards
Know bedside care, sanitation, cleaning, and geriatric resident needs
Bring resident care, observation, documentation, and infection prevention knowledge to AgeCare’s Personal Support Worker team.
