Sunrise Senior Living seeks a caregiver to provide resident-centered support in Victoria, British Columbia. You will assist with daily living activities, follow Individualized Service Plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. The work also includes resident engagement, dining support, and communication with families and care leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
Follow Individualized Service Plans and document resident changes
Promote resident safety, dignity, and independence
Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
Support dining services and maintain welcoming environments
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
At least 18 years old
Current CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain
Compassionate, reliable approach to resident care
Solid communication skills with families and care leaders
Bring compassionate personal care, reliable communication, and safety-focused support to residents at Sunrise of Victoria on a casual basis.
