Key Responsibilities: Drive commercial vehicles between pickup and destination terminals
Operate trips safely and efficiently under applicable regulations
Detect and minimize safety hazards during assigned trips
Maintain accurate records and required logs
Load or unload freight when customer requirements apply
Requirements: Valid Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsement
Minimum nine months of verifiable commercial driving experience
No more than one recent moving violation or accident
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Ability to interpret and apply laws and procedures
Bring commercial driving experience, safety awareness, and air brake credentials to Ryder’s overnight Class 1 routes.
