Family Dynamics seeks a Family Support Worker 3 for its In-Home Family Support team. The term runs until August 31, 2027, with possible extension. You will help restore family functioning, child development, parent-child relationships, and parental health through respectful collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care for children from infancy onward
Supervise children and support safety, comfort, routines, and positive interactions
Lead learning and recreational activities supporting healthy development
Assist families with housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and children’s spaces




Communicate observations, services, interactions, and incidents to supervisors
Requirements: Minimum two years’ social services experience with children and parents
Child and Youth Care, Early Childhood Education, or related credential
Current First Aid and CPR, verified before placement
Knowledge of attachment theory, child development, and positive parenting
Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly and 50 occasionally
Bring childcare, family support, documentation, and culturally humble communication skills to Family Dynamics’ Winnipeg in-home services.
