Key Responsibilities: Call new inquiries quickly and book sales appointments
Reconnect with past customers about recurring services
Follow up with interested homeowners who have not booked
Track calls, conversion rates, and completed estimates




Organize customer information and follow-ups in the CRM
Requirements: Previous work experience with reliable, responsible performance
Experience working toward measurable targets and KPIs
Confident, natural phone communication skills
Ability to accept feedback and apply coaching
Canadian residence, reliable computer, internet, headset, and workspace
